Accommodation terms and conditions are the rules that hotels, inns, and other accommodation facilities set out in their contracts with guests, stipulating the services they provide, fees, cancellation policies, and important points to note. Accommodation terms and conditions are created to prevent disputes between accommodation facilities and guests. They also clearly state the rights and obligations of guests, and require both parties to agree before a contract is concluded. The contents of accommodation terms and conditions may differ depending on the accommodation facility, so be sure to check them before making a reservation. Accommodation terms and conditions are the rules that hotels, inns, and other accommodation facilities set out in their contracts with guests, stipulating the services they provide, fees, cancellation policies, and important points to note. Accommodation terms and conditions are created to prevent disputes between accommodation facilities and guests. Scope of application Scope of application
Article 1Accommodation contracts and related agreements concluded between this hotel and guests shall be subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions, and any matters not provided for in these terms and conditions shall be governed by laws and regulations or generally accepted practices.
2In the event that the Hotel has entered into a special contract with the Guest insofar as such special contract does not violate laws and regulations and generally accepted practices, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the special contract shall take precedence over the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
Article 1Accommodation contracts and related agreements concluded between this hotel and guests shall be subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions, and any matters not provided for in these terms and conditions shall be governed by laws and regulations or generally accepted practices.
2In the event that the Hotel has entered into a special contract with the Guest insofar as such special contract does not violate laws and regulations and generally accepted practices, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the special contract shall take precedence over the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Article 2A Guest who intends to accept the accommodation fees (in principle, based on the Basic Accommodation Charges in Schedule 1) and apply for an Accommodation Contract with the Hotel shall notify the Hotel of the following particulars:
1) Name of guest
2) Date of stay and estimated time of arrival
3) Guest contact information
4) Minors staying alone must have a parental consent form.
5) Other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel
2If a Guest requests, during their stay, to extend their stay beyond the date specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel will treat this request as if it were an application for a new Accommodation Contract at the time such request was made.
Article 2A Guest who intends to accept the accommodation fees (in principle, based on the Basic Accommodation Charges in Schedule 1) and apply for an Accommodation Contract with the Hotel shall notify the Hotel of the following particulars:
1) Name of guest
2) Date of stay and estimated time of arrival
3) Guest contact information
4) Minors staying alone must have a parental consent form.
5) Other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel
2If a Guest requests, during their stay, to extend their stay beyond the date specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel will treat this request as if it were an application for a new Accommodation Contract at the time such request was made.

Article 3An Accommodation Contract shall be deemed to have been concluded when the Hotel accepts the application stipulated in the preceding Article. However, this shall not apply if the Hotel proves that it did not accept the application.
2When an accommodation contract has been concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, you will be required to provide your credit card number or pay the reservation fee/application fee (up to three days' basic accommodation fee) by the date designated by the Hotel.
3The reservation/application fee will first be applied to the accommodation fee to be paid by the guest, and in the event that a situation occurs in which the provisions of Articles 6 and 18 apply, it will be applied to the penalty fee and then to the compensation, with the remaining balance, if any, being refunded at the time of payment of the fee as provided for in Article 12. If a credit card number has been provided, the reservation/application fee will not be collected, but if a penalty fee or compensation is incurred, the credit card will be charged. The hotel also reserves the right to obtain prior approval at the time of application.
4If the application fee stipulated in Paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by the Hotel pursuant to the provisions of the same Paragraph, the Accommodation Contract shall become invalid. However, this shall only apply if the Hotel has so notified the Guest when specifying the due date for payment of the application fee.
Article 3An Accommodation Contract shall be deemed to have been concluded when the Hotel accepts the application stipulated in the preceding Article. However, this shall not apply if the Hotel proves that it did not accept the application.
2When an accommodation contract has been concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, you will be required to provide your credit card number or pay the reservation fee/application fee (up to three days' basic accommodation fee) by the date designated by the Hotel.
3The reservation/application fee will first be applied to the accommodation fee to be paid by the guest, and in the event that a situation occurs in which the provisions of Articles 6 and 18 apply, it will be applied to the penalty fee and then to the compensation, with the remaining balance, if any, being refunded at the time of payment of the fee as provided for in Article 12. Article 4Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the Hotel may enter into a special contract pursuant to which the application fee stipulated in the same Paragraph shall not be required after the Contract has been concluded.
2If the Hotel has not requested the payment of the application fee as stipulated in Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article or has not specified the due date for payment of the application fee when accepting an application for an Accommodation Contract, it will be treated as having accepted a special contract as stipulated in the preceding Paragraph.
Article 4Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the Hotel may enter into a special contract pursuant to which the application fee stipulated in the same Paragraph shall not be required after the Contract has been concluded.
2If the Hotel has not requested the payment of the application fee as stipulated in Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article or has not specified the due date for payment of the application fee when accepting an application for an Accommodation Contract, it will be treated as having accepted a special contract as stipulated in the preceding Paragraph.

Article 5

The Hotel may refuse to enter into an Accommodation Contract in any of the following cases:

1)When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
2)When the hotel is fully booked and there are no rooms available.
3)When the person seeking accommodation is deemed liable to conduct himself or herself in a manner that will violate the laws, public order or good morals in regard to his or her accommodation.
4)When the person seeking accommodation can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease.
5)When violent demands are made regarding the accommodation or an unreasonable burden is requested.
6)When it is impossible to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, facility malfunctions, or other unavoidable reasons.
7)When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to be intoxicated or otherwise likely to cause significant inconvenience to other guests, or when the person behaves in a manner that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
8)When the guest or applicant is found to be a member of an organized crime group, a related organization to an organized crime group, or any other anti-social force.
9)When an application is made by a user who has previously been expelled from the facility due to poor payment practices or bad behavior.
10)When a person seeking accommodation repeatedly makes requests to hotel staff that are stipulated in Article 5-6 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Inns and Hotels Act, which are deemed to place an excessive burden on hotel staff and are likely to significantly impede the provision of accommodation-related services to other guests (excluding cases where a request is made to remove social barriers as stipulated in Article 2-2 of the Act on Promotion of Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities in Accommodation (Act No. 65 of 2013)).
11)When the case falls under the provisions of the Prefectural Ordinance (regarding the enforcement of the Hotel Business Act).
Article 5

The Hotel may refuse to enter into an Accommodation Contract in any of the following cases:

1)When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
2)When the hotel is fully booked and there are no rooms available.
3)When the person seeking accommodation is deemed liable to conduct himself or herself in a manner that will violate the laws, public order or good morals in regard to his or her accommodation.
4)When the person seeking accommodation can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease.
5)When violent demands are made regarding the accommodation or an unreasonable burden is requested.
6)When it is impossible to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, facility malfunctions, or other unavoidable reasons.
7)When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to be intoxicated or otherwise likely to cause significant inconvenience to other guests, or when the person behaves in a manner that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
8)When the guest or applicant is found to be a member of an organized crime group, a related organization to an organized crime group, or any other anti-social force.
9)When an application is made by a user who has previously been expelled from the facility due to poor payment practices or bad behavior.
10)When a person seeking accommodation repeatedly makes requests to hotel staff that are stipulated in Article 5-6 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Inns and Hotels Act, which are deemed to place an excessive burden on hotel staff and are likely to significantly impede the provision of accommodation-related services to other guests (excluding cases where a request is made to remove social barriers as stipulated in Article 2-2 of the Act on Promotion of Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities in Accommodation (Act No. 65 of 2013)).
11)When the case falls under the provisions of the Prefectural Ordinance (regarding the enforcement of the Hotel Business Act).

Article 6Guests may cancel the Accommodation Contract by notifying the Hotel.
2In the event that the Guest cancels the Accommodation Contract in whole or in part due to reasons attributable to the Guest, the Hotel shall charge a penalty as set forth in Schedule 2. However, this shall apply only when the Hotel has notified the Guest of the Hotel's obligation to pay the penalty.
3If a guest does not arrive by 6:00 p.m. on the day of their stay (or by two hours after the expected arrival time if the guest has specified it in advance) without contacting the hotel, the hotel will consider the accommodation contract to have been cancelled by the guest.
Article 6Guests may cancel the Accommodation Contract by notifying the Hotel.
2In the event that the Guest cancels the Accommodation Contract in whole or in part due to reasons attributable to the Guest, the Hotel shall charge a penalty as set forth in Schedule 2. However, this shall apply only when the Hotel has notified the Guest of the Hotel's obligation to pay the penalty.

1)When the Guest is deemed to be in danger of violating the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good morals in relation to his/her stay, or when he/she is deemed to have engaged in such conduct.
2)When the Guest can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease.
3)When the Hotel is asked to assume an unreasonable burden in connection with its accommodation.
4)When it is impossible to provide accommodation due to a natural disaster or other force majeure event.
5)When a guest is drunk, sings loudly, or causes or is about to cause trouble to other guests, or when a guest behaves in a way that causes trouble to other guests.
6)When the Guest smokes in bed, tampers with fire-fighting equipment, or fails to comply with other prohibited actions in the Usage Regulations stipulated by the Hotel (limited to those necessary for fire prevention).
7)When it is discovered that the guest has soiled or damaged the guest room facilities or used them in a manner that exceeds common sense.
8)When the guest or applicant is found to be a member of an organized crime group, a related organization to an organized crime group, or any other anti-social force.
9)When a guest repeatedly makes requests to hotel staff that are deemed to be excessively burdensome and likely to significantly impede the provision of accommodation-related services to other guests, as stipulated in Article 5-6 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Inns and Hotels Act (excluding cases where a guest requests the removal of social barriers as stipulated in Article 2-2 of the Act on Promotion of Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities in Accommodation (Act No. 65 of 2013)).
10)When the Guest does not observe the Terms and Conditions of Use established by the Hotel.
11)When the case falls under the provisions of the Prefectural Ordinance (regarding the enforcement of the Hotel Business Act).
2When the Hotel cancels the Accommodation Contract in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel will not charge any accommodation fees that have not yet been received unless the Guest is at fault.If the Guest is at fault, the Hotel will charge the Guest the standard accommodation fee or extension fee, restoration costs, and other necessary expenses.

(The basic room charge varies depending on the number of guests, floor, view, facilities, etc., so please inquire. It may not necessarily be the same as the accommodation fee to be paid on the day.)

Article 13The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for damages incurred in the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of the Accommodation Contract and related agreements, unless such damages are due to reasons not attributable to the Hotel.
2Our hotel complies with the standards for regular inspections of fire prevention objects under the Fire Service Act, but we have also taken out hotel liability insurance to deal with the unlikely event of a fire.

Article 14If the Hotel is unable to provide a contracted room to a Guest, the Hotel will, with the Guest's consent, arrange accommodation of the same standard elsewhere for the Guest wherever possible.

Article 14If the Hotel is unable to provide a contracted room to a Guest, the Hotel will, with the Guest's consent, arrange accommodation of the same standard elsewhere for the Guest wherever possible.

Article 15In the event that any goods, cash or valuables deposited by a guest at the front desk are lost, damaged or otherwise damaged, the hotel will compensate for such damage, unless such damage is due to force majeure. However, the amount of compensation will be within the scope of the hotel liability insurance.

Article 16If the guest's baggage is delivered to the hotel prior to the guest's arrival, the hotel will be responsible for storing it only if the hotel has given its consent in advance and will hand it over to the guest at the front desk when the guest checks in.
2If a guest's baggage or belongings are found left behind at the hotel after check-out, the hotel will, in principle, wait for contact from the owner and ask for instructions. If there are no instructions from the owner, the hotel will dispose of the items in accordance with the hotel's designated management procedures, based on the Lost Property Act and the instructions and guidance of the local police station. However, cash, precious metals, and other valuables will be kept for seven days, including the day they are found, after which they will be turned over to the nearest police station, and food, drink, and items that may endanger the sanitary environment will be promptly disposed of in accordance with the hotel's designated management procedures.
3The Hotel's liability regarding the custody of the Guest's baggage and belongings in the cases of the preceding two paragraphs shall be in accordance with the provisions of the preceding Article.
Article 16If the guest's baggage is delivered to the hotel prior to the guest's arrival, the hotel will be responsible for storing it only if the hotel has given its consent in advance and will hand it over to the guest at the front desk when the guest checks in.
2If a guest's baggage or belongings are found left behind at the hotel after check-out, the hotel will, in principle, wait for contact from the owner and ask for instructions. If there are no instructions from the owner, the hotel will dispose of the items in accordance with the hotel's designated management procedures, based on the Lost Property Act and the instructions and guidance of the local police station. However, cash, precious metals, and other valuables will be kept for seven days, including the day they are found, after which they will be turned over to the nearest police station, and food, drink, and items that may endanger the sanitary environment will be promptly disposed of in accordance with the hotel's designated management procedures.
3The Hotel's liability regarding the custody of the Guest's baggage and belongings in the cases of the preceding two paragraphs shall be in accordance with the provisions of the preceding Article.

Article 17The hotel assumes no responsibility for accidents or thefts that occur when guests use the hotel's multi-story parking lot. Please note that vehicles exceeding the vehicle size and weight restrictions listed below cannot be parked. If the hotel's parking lot is full or if your vehicle exceeds the size and weight restrictions, please use a nearby parking lot. The hotel's multi-story parking lot costs 1,000 yen (tax included) per night and is to be settled at check-out.
