In order for our guests to use our facilities safely and comfortably, we have established the following terms of use based on the accommodation agreement. Please note that if you do not comply with these terms, we may be forced to refuse your stay and use of the hotel facilities, and we may ask you to pay for any damages incurred by the hotel.

Regarding the use of guest rooms
Regarding the use of guest rooms
- Please be sure to review the emergency exit instructions posted on the inside of your guest room door upon your arrival.
- While in your room, do double lock the room door, and be sure to use the safety latch.
- Be sure to identify any callers through the door scope and keep the safety latch on when opening the door. Please do not admit unknown visitors into your room. When in doubt, please contact the Reception Desk.
- Please refrain from acts that may cause fire.
- Please do not use equipment for heating or cooking in the room.
- Using the room for other than residential purpose without the prior approval of the Hotel is prohibited.
- Please use all Hotel equipment or fixtures only at their provided spots and for the purpose designated for them. Please do not change the arrangement of the room to any great extent without prior approval of the Hotel.
- Please do not place any article by the window that will blemish the appearance of the Hotel.
- After 10 PM, please meet with your visitors in the 1st floor lobby.
- Only registered Guests are allowed to stay in rooms.

In-room safe usage regulations
| 1. | [Application of this provision] These regulations shall apply to guests' use of the in-room safe. |
| 2. | [Nature of the in-room safe usage agreement] The nature of the In-Room Safe Usage Agreement is the rental of a specific in-room safe designated by the Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the "In-Room Safe"), and does not guarantee the safekeeping of any items that the guest (hereinafter referred to as the "Guest") intends to store in the in-room safe. Furthermore, the Hotel shall not be liable for any damage to any items stored in the in-room safe. |
| 3. | [Usage period] The period of use of the in-room safe is from the time the guest applies for use of the in-room safe after registering as a guest until the time of check-out. |
| 4. | [Hangar Range] 1) The following items can be stored in the in-room safe: ① Cash ② Stocks and other securities ③ Bankbooks, contracts, and other important documents ④ Jewelry and other valuables ⑤ Items similar to those listed in the preceding items 2) The Hotel may refuse to store any of the items listed in the preceding paragraph if there is a valid reason. |
| 5. | [Disclaimer] The Hotel shall not be liable if the in-room safe is opened or closed by anyone other than a guest registered as a guest of the Hotel. |
| 6. | [Surrender] 1) If a guest departs from the Hotel without surrendering their in-room safe, the Hotel may open the safe in a manner deemed appropriate by the Hotel and keep the contents stored therein separately, or may consider the guest to have waived ownership and sell the contents at a price and method of their choice, or destroy them if selling them is difficult, and the guest shall not raise any objection to such disposal by the Hotel. 2) The Guest shall bear the costs required for the disposal under the preceding paragraph (including the costs of requiring the presence of a notary public or other person when opening the guest room safe). |
| 7. | [Guest room safe repair] If the Hotel requests the Guest to vacate the in-room safe or change its location due to repairs or other unavoidable circumstances, the Guest must comply immediately. |
| 8. | [Emergency measures] When requested to open the in-room safe in accordance with a court order, or in the event of an emergency such as fire or stored items causing damage to the Hotel, the Hotel may open the in-room safe in a manner deemed appropriate by the Hotel and take the best and most appropriate measures. The Hotel shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Guest as a result of this. |
| 9. | [Compensation for damages] 1) The Hotel shall not be liable for any damages arising from failure to open the in-room safe due to fire, earthquake, or other causes beyond the control of the Hotel, nor for any damages such as loss or deterioration of stored items due to such causes. 2) If the Hotel or a third party suffers damage due to the Guest's storage, the Guest shall compensate for such damage. |
